1. Call us on site to make you new keys and programme new transponder chips. 2. Recover your bike to us. 3. Remove your Immobiliser unit , ECU or Antenna and bring it/ post it to us so we can programme new chips.
Broken Key Duplication
Have you brake your key in the ignition lock or fuel cap and still have the top part with the transponder chip? We can extract the key from ignition lock and recut the key. The Coded transponder chip can be then moved to the new key. We do not need to reprogram your immobiliser. We can clone and cut you new coded keys. If you have broke the tip or the shoulder of your high frequency fob remote you can send us both parts and we will cut new laser key blade. Once new key blade is cut we will insert it to your HF fob remote.
What we need to programme KTM motorcycle Keys
In order for us to programme your new coded keys or flip key fob remote we need your ECU immobiliser unit box, antenna receiver or keyless ignition switch and your fuel cap. Different models have their immobiliser data stored in different unit. In order to know which unit you need to give us please contact us with your KTM motorcycle model, year and engine size and we will let you know what to send us.We can then create you new transponder chip KTM keys or Keyless fob remote to work with your existing immobiliser system.

ANTENNA & IGNITIONFrom Some KTM motorbikes fitted with MCU Antenna in which are stored the key data. In order to Programme new keys we would have to have your antenna with ignition barrel. You can either bring it send it or ask for mobile technician to come over and do all the job on site.

Immobiliser unit
IMMO UNIT BOXMany models KTM Motorcycles have their immobiliser key data stored in immobiliser unit box of the bike. In order to Programme new keys we would have to have your immo unit box. You can either bring it send it or ask for mobile technician to come over and do all the job on site.

Keyless Hands Free System
KEYLESS IGNITIONKeyless Hands free KTM Motorcycles have their immo data stored in keyless switch of the bike. and paired with ECU unit. In order to programme new fob remotes keys we would have to have your HF keyless switch unit and your fuel cap. You can either bring it send it or ask for mobile technician to come over and do all the job on site.

How do i know if my KTM Motorbike has immobiliser system?
DASH BOARD
01You can find out if you need your key programming by looking at your dash board. under the dial should be a red blinking light with Key logo painted.
02If you are not sure if you have the immobiliser or not, just send us a photo of your ignition switch with bike model and year and we will help you asses if you have immobiliser and need your keys programmed.
Keyless
01If you have keyless KTM motorbike then you surely have an immobiliser system fitted as well. We would need your Hands Free ignition switch from which we can code new transponder chips for your passive key to start up your bike. Or original active key high frequency fob remote. Both options will allow to start your bike and open your fuel cap. Passive key will need to be placed near antenna receiver in order to start the bike.
